The indication of transfusion of platelets depends upon the platelet counts and the conditions or cause             

The consideration of platelet transfusion depending upon platelet count is in case when

Platelet count is about 10,000 per micro liter

In this case platelet transfusion is done even without any cause and should done as a prophtlactic measur

Platelet count is about 20,000 per microliter

In this case the platelet transfusion is indicated when there is presence of bleeding, any type of platelet function defect or coagulopathy, if any fever is associated or any form of infection.

Platelet count is about 50,000 per microliter

In normal circumstances platelet transfusion is not necessary if it is above 50,000 per micro liter, but it should be transfused prior to any minor procedures or if the patients is acively anticoagulated. Platelet transfusion

should also be done at this count if there is any active bleeding

اتمنى انه الجميع استفاد ,,

اتمنى انه حياتي الاجتماعيه تهدأ شويه ,, لانه لو ما هديت بالطيب حيحصل شي ما يعجبها  (:

 ملاحظه : 
اليوم اول ايام شعبان .. شهر شعبان من اهم الشهور في السنه لانه ترفع فيه جميع اعمال السنه الي الله ولابد فيه للمرء ان يتخلص من كل ما يعوقه عن العباده في رمضان ويكفي شعبان انه فيه ليله النصف من الشعبان


 عن رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- قال: (إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَيَطَّلِعُ فِي لَيْلَةِ النِّصْفِ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ فَيَغْفِرُ لِجَمِيعِ خَلْقِهِ إِلاَّ لِمُشْرِكٍ أَوْ مُشَاحِنٍ)  وفي رواية: (إِذَا كَانَ لَيْلَةُ النِّصْفِ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ اطَّلَعَ اللَّهُ إِلَى خَلْقِهِ، فَيَغْفِرُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَيُمْلِي لِلْكَافِرِينَ، وَيَدَعُ أَهْلَ الْحِقْدِ بِحِقْدِهِمْ حَتَّى يَدَعُوهُ)
احب الاعمال الى لله في شعبان :
الصيام
عن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: « كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يصوم حتى نقول لا يفطر، ويفطر حتى نقول لا يصوم، وما رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم استكمل صيام شهر إلا رمضان وما رأيته أكثر صياماً منه في شعبان »

شعبان فرصه انو الواحد يغتسل من الذنوب المتلتله على روسونا ,, طبعا حدث ولا حرج على امة محمد الله يغفرلنا جميعا ..
شعبان هوا شهر هدية من ربنا عشان الواحد يتنشط من كسل العشره شهور الي فاتو ,, طبعا عشره عشان الكسل يبدأ من شوال الي فات ,, سو انا اعتبر شعبان زي الاسبوع الي يكون اجازه قبل الاختبارات ,, الواحد يزاكر فيلو كويس يستعد بالصيام وشوية قيام وقرآن ,,  والاختبارات الي هيا التراويح والصيام وعدم مشاهدة المسلسلات المنيله على عينها ,, وبعدين الشهادة  او الدرجات الي هيا صلاة العيد وشوال ,,, فإذا استعد الواحد في شعبان كويس حيحل في رمضان مزبوط ويجيب فول مارك ,, وربنا يعطيلو هديتو صباح يوم العيد ,, اغلبنا يعرف دا الكلام لكن ذكر فإن الذكرى تنفع المؤمنين ..

ملاحظه 3 ( ملا حظاتي كتيره بس برضو حتسمعوها) : انوي ختم القران قبل رمضان ( كل يوم جزء,, طبعا من اليوم نبدأ انشاء الله ) مين يحب يشارك ؟؟ (:
